New Sunday School Class

Middle and high school age special Sunday School class starting this Sunday at 10. It will be held in the Youth Lounge downstairs. There will be a devotional time, a time to talk about what their needs and wants are, and snacks!!

Fifth Sunday

Sunday, June 30th is our Fellowship Sunday. There will be no Sunday School, but at 10:00am there will be a gathering in the Fellowship Hall with brunch-like items. Come join us, get to know someone new and have something to eat.

Car Wash

Christen Education is sponsoring a car wash from 9:00am –12pm on July 6th. The Cost will be $10. There will be snacks for a small donation. All proceeds to go to the General Fund.

Fox Watch

The anniversary of the birth of George Fox offers a valuable point for reflection by historians, archivists and others to consider the life and times of Fox as well as his legacies, and a coming together of new and exciting ideas around Friends and their history.

Turner’s Chapel VBS

June 19-21st from 6:00pm-8:30pm TCAME invites us to join them for VBS 2024. Closing Program/Cookout will be June 22nd. Focus: The Fruit of the Spirit Bible Study — Galatians 5:22-23. Ages 5-18 and Adult classes will be available.

Father’s Day

June 16th Deep River Friends will have their regular worship service outside under the ‘big tree’ at 11:00am. Please come and celebrate all fathers on this day. You might want to bring your own outdoor seat.

Memorial Sunday

Sunday, June 9, is the date for the annual Deep River Memorial Association service and meeting. A carry-in lunch will be held after the Memorial Association meeting. The luncheon will commence at 12:30 p.m
