Remember the committees that meetings on a regular basis and have been on hiatus this Summer will pick up their regular schedule in September.

Joy Reavis, a Quaker author, will be visiting the children’s Sunday school class at 10:00am on September 8th.

On Sunday, August 25th, there will be a special blessing for the school children.

If you would like to contribute throughout the month there will be baskets located both in the Sanctuary and Fellowship Hall. Save the Date for Deep River Friends VBS – Passport to Peace – Saturday, July 27 1:00-5:00

Collection travel-sized toiletries for 25 women. Please try to get relatively the same item(s). (ex. 25 travel hand lotions). There will be a collection box in the Fellowship 76Hall all month. For questions, please contact Joy Everhart at 336-259-5664.

Middle and high school age special Sunday School class starting this Sunday at 10. It will be held in the Youth Lounge downstairs. There will be a devotional time, a time to talk about what their needs and wants are, and snacks!!
