On Sunday, September 22nd, Deep River Friends will be part of the High Point Interfaith Tour.

Mark Your Calendars for three important dates.

Friends of Joe Gamble are invited to his 90th birthday celebration on Saturday, September 14th at Centennial Station in High Point beginning at 6 p.m.

Finance Committee will have a meeting on Tuesday, September 10, beginning at 7 p.m.

Missions Committee will have a meeting on Monday, September 9, beginning at 7p.m.

Deep River Quaker Women will meet this Thursday in the Fellowship Hall beginning at 7p.m.

This Wednesday (September 4) Deep River Friends we’ll be hosting a Red Cross Blood Drive in the Fellowship Hall from 2PM – 6:30PM.

The Deep River Friends choir will resume their rehearsals this Wednesday beginning at 7:30 p.m.

Next Sunday (August 25) we’ll have a “Blessing of the Backpacks” during our meeting for worship.

David Smith is organizing a “Letter Writing Fellowship” for this Saturday, August 24th, from 1-2:00 p.m. for anyone interested in writing letters to their Federal Representatives and Senators.
