“The Great Dismal”
“The Great Dismal,” an original play by Frank Levering. The story of George Fox’s journey through the edge of the Great Dismal Swamp to reach the remote Albemarle region of North Carolina. Sternberger Auditorium, Guilford College, November 30 – December 4. 7:30 p.m. Tickets at the door.
Ornaments & Cookies
November 25th at 2PM in the Fellowship Hall. Kids and those that are kids at heart are invited to make ornaments for the Giving Tree, listen to some Christmas music and have some cookies to get into the holiday spirit.
Community Thanksgiving Service
Save the Date! Deep River Friends, Turners Chapel and Parkwood Baptist Community Thanksgiving Service will be held at Deep River Friends Meeting on this coming Tuesday, November 21st at 7PM.
Bible Study
There will be no Bible Study on Tuesday, November 21st. Bible Study will resume on November 28th, at 11AM. All are welcome to attend!
Office Closed
The Deep River Friends Meeting office will be closed Thursday, November 23rd and Friday, November 24th. Office hours will resume Monday, November 27th.

Quaker Women & Chicken Pie Information
There will be no Quaker Women meeting this Thursday, as they will be meeting on November 16th and 17th for chicken pie prep and the 18th for the Chicken pie bake and sale day. All are welcome to come and help out.
